Hi all, sorry i haven't been around for a couple of months. i have had lot's going on and i needed a bit of a break from something for a bit. But i'm back now. I have made a couple of cards while i have been away, it has been my mom's 70th birthday, my mom in laws and my dad birthday. I have posted these cards on my facebook page, but if your not a friend you won't have seen them.

A busy birthday Weekend

I have had a very busy birthday weekend, on Saturday it was my sister in law's, we had a lovely night meeting friends and making new ones. Sunday was my niece's 3rd birthday and her first family birthday party, we had a great time.

This is April's card, i have a Tilda Stamp called Dancing Party Tilda, coloured in using Promarkers, papers from Docrafts, sentiment and "3" from my stash.

This is my card for my sister in law, i have used Congratulations Tilda, coloured in using promarkers, papers from my mind's eye, ribbon, flowers and sentiment from my stash.

A Cogs and Critters Challenge

It was my godson's 3rd birthday a couple of weeks ago and i like the cards i have made in the past for his older brother, i have used Pollycraft's Cog's and Critters. And over at Tales of Pollycraft Paula is having a Cogs and Critters challenge. They have lot's of new digi images and there is are 3 prizes.

Here is my card for hi, his favourite colours card green and blue.

i have used Cogs - star, coloured in using promarkers, papers from Hello space boy, card stock, sentiment, and number from my stash.

I also made him a gift tag.

i have used Fluffy, coloured in using promakers, a LOTV sentiment stamp.

4 birthdays and a christening

I have had a busy weekend, so many birthdays coming up (including mine on Friday), my friends son who is 7, my brother's, mine and my sister in law's and a christening and that's all this week. Then next week i have my friend' birthday and her other son's who is 5 and valentines day. i will be glad of my week off to recover and i have a lovely time in Cardiff.

i have made 4 birthdays cards so far, but not the christening one. Here is one that will be entering into the Just Magnolia challenge.

I have used Tilda with a small gift, coloured in using promarkers, papers from Dovecraft - everyday, sentiment is also from Magnolia, flowers from Little Claire, and brads, card stock from my craft stash.

A challenge card at last

I can't remember the last time i entered a challenge, it was so long go, but at long last i have one. it's a friends birthday tomorrow and i have made her a Tilda card and in my favourite colour lilac.

Happy Birthday

It's my friend and fellow crafter birthday today and i have made her a birthday card. It was a difficult decision what kind of card to make as she is a really excellent crafter, so here's my card for her.

I have used the Club stamp from Little Claire coloured in using promarkers, papers from mini stack, ribbon card stock from my craft stash, flowers from Little Claire which i also coloured in will promarkers and sentiment also from Little Claire.

I hope she likes it, purple and green are also her favourite colours.

Little Claire Club Stamp for December

Hi all, I am still about, sorry for not being around i have had lot's on and i still have more to do before Christmas. I have got some new cards for you. It's that time of the month and i have some new cards from Little Claire, there Club Stamp for December is called Lot's of fun and i had lot's of fun making them.

My first card i have used the Lot's of fun club stamp coloured in using promarkers, paper from Mini stack, flowers and card stock from my craft stash and sentiment from Little Claire.

for my second i have coloured in using promarkers, paper, card stock and buttons from my craft stash and sentiment from Little Claire.

November Club Stamp

It's that time of the month again and another Little Claire Club Stamp. I love this stamp, it's so lovely, you can use it for Christmas or birthday's. Check out the Little Claire website there are some fantastic cards on there from the rest of the design team. Here's mine

I have used the Little Claire stamp - a little bird told me, coloured in using promarkers, papers from docrafts, card stock from my craft stash.
this time i used promarkers and stickles - crystal on the stamp, papers from Dove Craft Christmas range, card stock and ribbon from my craft stash, sentiment is from Little Claire's club stamp for September.

from Thurs to Sun. I will be going shopping there on Hope you like them, and go check out the Little Claire website, they will also be at the NECFriday and i'm looking forward to meeting them.

birthdays, birthdays, birthdays

I have been making lot's of birthday cards for my family. It's my uncle's and my auntie's birthday, so i have made them both an easel card. I'm really in to making them at the moment.

I have used the Little Claire club stamp for August, i have coloured it in using promarker, paper from Docrafts men's range. I love using this stamp as it;s great for men.

Again i have used a Little Claire stamp, coloured in using promarkers, papers from my mine's eye and the sentiment is also from Little Claire. I love, love this stamp. i have used it again from a 90th birthday card for my sister in laws nan, which i should be able to post in a couple of day.

I am hoping to get back to normal next weekend and back to making challenge cards and christmas cards. i am looking forward to going to the NEC craft show in a couple of weeks and spending some money on some new things.

I am hoping to be back in the week.

Just a quick post

Morning, it will have be a quick post today as my hubby has gone out to have his hair cut, and I'm meant to be packing for our holiday to Italy later this afternoon. But i thought I'd a couple of challenges in before i go.

My friends birthday

I'm back with a new card. It's my friends birthday next Friday, but as i will be getting ready to go to Italy, i have made her card a little bit earlier. She is a girly girl and loves anything girly like the colour pink and flowers.

I have used princess Tilda coloured in using proparkers, papers from my mind's eye. Pink card stock and glitter card stock, ribbon brads from my craft stash, flowers i have made myself and sentiment from LOTV.

A new Little Claire Stamp

Little Claire have sent all the design team members a new stamp, called night owls. I haven't had a lot of time over the last couple of weeks with one thing and another, but i have made this card tonight when i came home from work tonight.

I have stamp the image twice, coloured them in using promarkers, used silver mirror card and dark blue card, both from my craft stash. sentiment is also from Little Claire which i have coloured with blue whisper pens.

i am hoping to make some more tomorrow or sunday. hope you like the card.

3rd and final post of the day

well this is my 3rd post today, and it will be my last as i need to go food shopping, i have had a new fridge freezer today and i need to stock it back up ready for work.

I'm back with a new challenge

Where has the week gone? I can't believe that it's been over a week since my last post. The decorating is taking longer than we thought, as we only have weekends to do it. But today i have managed to get away to make some challenge and some family birthday cards. Here is my first challenge card today.

A new challenge for a new challenge blog

I love entering challenges and i haven't entered one for a couple off weeks due to the decorating, which is still going on, we had the fire surround fitted on Wednesday but the fire isn't being fitted until tomorrow, then we can start on the walls, as we have been waiting for the plaster to dry.

any way back to my challenge card,

I have used a Little Claire stamp - Lydia goes shopping, coloured in using promarkers, paper from basic greys everyday pack, flowers, ribbon, banner and card stock from my stash.

i am entering this card into Craft Your Days Away - Challenge 1# favourite things, my favour things are shopping in any form, craft, clothes, handbags and shoe's, lilac is my favour colour.

Little Claire Birthday Cards

I have managed to get away from the decorating to post you some more cards from Little Claire, this time i have made some birthday cards. with some outline stickers.

I have used the outline stickers coloured in using Promarkers, black glitter card stock and a happy birthday sentiment also from outline stickers.

I have used outline stickers again, coloured in with Promarkers, paper from papermania spring the tag from Sizzix die cut.

Happy Birthday Dad

Today is my Dad's 70th birthday and i can't believe it. You wouldn't think he is 70 to look at him, him and my mom ( who is 70 next may) look after and niece who is 2 and my nephew who is 10 months old 3 times a week, but i think this keeps them young. I have made this card as my dad love's gardening, as i have i a green house, he is always asking me how my Tom's are doing (he means tomatoes).

I have used The Office stamp from Little Claire, coloured in using Promarkers, i have used different stamps to get the dad happy birthday, the 70 is a sliver outline sticker coloured in black, the brown card stock, brads and buttons are from my stash. it's a plan and simple card, which is what my dad likes (no fuss).

Happy Birthday

Today over at Pollycraft it's Paula's Birthday, and they have a new challenge, Happy Birthday. I have made a card from my friends son who is 3.

I have used Pollycraft Freebie Friday Dudley with Balloon, coloured in using promarkers, background paper from DCWV, sentiment from Little Claire, buttons and number from my craft stash. I thought the bright colours would be great for a 3 year old. i will be entering this into Pollycraft challenge - Happy Birthday, i will also be entering it into Tales from Pollycraft flash your freebies.

Another Tilda card

What a lovely day, i have just been on my first bike ride on my new bike. I can't remember the last time i road a bike and i have to say, i not a keen biker, but i have to get myself fit. Enough about my bike, i have a new Tilda card, i am really getting in to Tilda at the moment and i have made this card for my Auntie's birthday.

i have used Tilda with Presents, coloured in using Promarkers, backing paper are free with Cardmaking and Papercraft, they are called Summer Paper from My Mind's Eye, flowers, ribbon and cardstock are from my craft stash and i have stickles - crystal on her wings and on the present. I have also used the second patterned paper inside the card.


I am going to enter this card into Just Magnolia - Recipe - 1 ribbon, 2 papers and 3 flowers.
