New Challenge

What a fantastic day, the weather is fab, so hot..... it looks like a BBQ tonight and another one tomorrow when the football's on. I have a challenge project for you today - well three challenges and one book. I have decorated another book, this one is for me, i thought it was about time i needed a new book my last one is falling apart.

I have gone for a blue and brown theme, i have used Pollycrafts Cherry Kiss - Shopping, coloured in using promarkers, papers from the Big One from Docrafts, glitter cardstock, flowers, ribbon and gems from my craft stash and rub - on shopping Queen from Docrafts. I am going to enter this into 3 challenges

I'm off to enjoy the rest of the sun and get the BBQ on. Hope you like my new book and i should be back later with another challenge.

Book decorating

I have decided to decorate a book, i have done them be for, but not with a stamped image. I'm not entering it in to any challenges but i have emailed Little Claire as it is one of there stamps.

I have to say not the best picture, as it was taken with my iphone. I have used Little Claire's stamp Bloom fairy set, coloured in using promarkers, paper is from my stash and i can't remember where i had it from, flowers, ribbon and gems also from my stash. I have also used stickles - crystal on her wings, but I'm not sure that you can see it.

Hubby's birthday card

As promised yesterday, i have the birthday card that i made for my lovely hubby. I know it may look a bit strange, but he is very much into alien's and UFO's so i thought this image from Pollycraft - Critters and Cogs Star sum's him up.

I have used the Pollycraft image - Critters and Cogs 'star' coloured in using promarkers, papers are from Hello space boy, banner and star's from my craft stash.

I am going to enter this card in the Magical Crafts Fortnightly Challenge male/father day. He told me he liked it, hope you do to. I will be back later in the week with another card.

Pink it is

I am entering two challenges this week, i know i am a bit late as the Pollycraft - ribbon and bling ends today, but it was my hubby's birthday yesterday and i didn't feel wright making cards on his day, but we did have a lovely day the sun was shinning, and the football was on(but we missed the first goal due to ITV HD).

anyway back to my challenge card and it is pink.

I have used Pollycraft's Codi - flowers coloured in using Promarkers, stickley -Crystal on the dress, background paper DCWV sweets, ribbon (purchased yesterday) from my local craft shop and it has glitter heart's on it, pink adhesive stones and happy birthday banner from Little Claire.

London pictures, challenge win and blog candy

As i said in my last post last night, i have some pictures from my trip to London, but first i have a card that i have made. it is for a friends sister's birthday, i have a couple of them over the last couple of weeks.

I have used an image from Pollycraft, coloured in using promarkers, papers from the DCWV range called sweets, and flowers from my craft stash. i hope she likes it. I love the colours they are so bright.

Any way back to my pictures of London,

I had some fab news today, as i found out that i have won a prize in the passion for promarkers, anniversary blog challenge last week. this has made me very happy and a great way to finish my holiday. I have also found some fab blog candy, it is on a crafting blog called Barn life. She has updated her blog and wanted to celebrate with some blog, so go check it out. Lack of posts

I feel as i have been neglecting my blog a bit lately, i haven't had much time over the last couple of weeks, with doing my veg patch in the gardening and last week i was on holiday in London meeting friends. I had a fab time, we went to see Wicked which was fab, the London eye again ( my hubby proposed to me on the London eye 6 years), and a trip to the Kipling shop on regent street, where purchases were made. i will hopefully bring you some pictures later in the week and some more cards. It's my hubby birthday on Saturday so i will be posting then with his card. will be back in the week......see you then.
